Broiled salmon crisps up in 10-13 minutes leaving behind a gorgeous crispy skin that crackles as you cut into it while the interior remains tender and succulent, just the way salmon should be.
Marinate the salmon using our salmon marinade recipe for one hour, or season however you'd like.
Preheat oven to the broil function.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Place marinated salmon on the baking sheet.
Place oven rack in the center position.
Place baking sheet in oven and broil 10-13 minutes. Remove from oven and slice into 4 filets.

Instead of our marinade, you can season the salmon however you like. Salt and pepper works great! If you opt out of the marinade, you can reduce the total time by one hour.
Store leftovers in an air-tight container kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in a 275F oven for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.
