creamy peanut butter
1/2
cup
confectioners sugar

milk chocolate chips
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and confectioner’s sugar with a handheld mixer.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave, stirring with a whisk every 30 seconds. Use a cookie scoop to spoon chocolate into 9 cupcake liners.
Add a 2 teaspoon scoop of peanut butter frosting into the middle of the chocolate. Cover with remaining chocolate and smooth with a frosting knife.
Chill in the freezer for 2 hours.
Notes
To keep the frosting knife from sticking to the chocolate spray with non-stick spray.
