These air fryer brussels sprouts are topped with parmesan cheese and lightly coated in balsamic vinegar and olive oil helping them crisp up into a delicate char.
Combine the halved brussels sprouts, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper into a bowl and toss thoroughly. Add to the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 380F for 6 minutes, this makes the loose leaves beautifully brown and crispy without being overly charred, and the halved brussels sprouts “el dente”.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
You do not need to preheat your air fryer for these Brussels sprouts.
You can store your leftover sprouts in an air-tight container kept in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. To reheat, pop back into the air fryer at 350F for a few minutes until heated through.
