Add pork and all other ingredients into a gallon-sized ziploc bag. Rub to ensure everything is mixed well. Zip shut and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
Air Fry at 375F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove from the air fryer and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes. Serve up alongside a salad or fresh veggies.
Notes
We're using regular-cut boneless pork chops for this recipe. You can use thin cut, thick cut, or even bone-in pork chops but the cook time will vary. Cook until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
