Spray the air fryer with non-stick spray. Brush the chicken thighs on all sides with olive oil. Sprinkle the seasonings all over the thighs as well.
Place the thighs skin side down. Air fry at 375 for 10 minutes. Flip and air fry for an additional 15 minutes or until chicken reads 165F for an internal temperature on an instant read thermometer.
Sprinkle with parsley or a squirt of lemon.
Notes
We recommend flipping your chicken thighs in the air fryer as it allows the air fryer to cook the meat evenly. We are using skin-on chicken thighs, which will result in a nice crispy skin by flipping the chicken part way through.
We advise against stacking in the air fryer as an air fryer needs circulation. You should be able to fit all 4 thighs into your air fryer, but some smaller models may fit less. Be sure to leave space between the thighs while air frying.
Leftovers can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
