Run diced ham through a food processor, pulsing 3-4 times to chop it finer. The goal is a shredded appearance, but not a paste.
In a large bowl, combine ham and all remaining ingredients.
Stir until well incorporated.

You can buy prepackaged ham from the grocery store or use leftover ham.
Our dressing is made up of mayonnaise and mustard, however, you can lighten it up using plain greek yogurt instead.
We use a variety of vegetables in this salad. Red onion and sweet pickle relish compliment the ham here. If you'd prefer, you can use chopped dill pickle in place of relish.
