Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry quinoa rinsed
  • 2 cups milk any variety, I used vanilla soy
  • 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries halved
  • 1 medium banana sliced
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • Honey to taste

Instructions

  • Add quinoa, milk, strawberries, banana, and almond butter to a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Serve warm, topped with sliced fruit, honey, and any nuts or seeds you have on hand.
