Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease (I sprayed) a 13×9 baking pan. Arrange the apples slices in the pan.
In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup water with the cinnamon, pour the mixture over the apples. In a small bowl using fork or fingers (I used a pastry cutter), combine sugar, flour and butter together until it’s crumbly (mine was a little moister than crumbly).
Sprinkle crumbs on top of apples and bake 30-40 minutes, or until pudding is light brown in color.
