This Mediterranean Veggie Wrap is a fresh, healthy vegetarian sandwich that takes all of five minutes to throw together. It's great for an on-the-go lunch!

Ingredients
Spinach wrap
Hummus
I used spinach & artichoke hummus
Diced cucumber
Chopped artichoke hearts
Crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Lay out your wrap and spread a layer of hummus on top.
Sprinkle on the chopped artichoke hearts and diced cucumbers.
Top with crumbled feta.
Roll up, slice in half and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to add roasted red peppers or onions.
