Pumpkin Spice Latte
This deliciously easy pumpkin spice latte is cooked up in the crockpot! Warm your bones this fall and winter with this tasty drink.

Equipment
1.5 qt Crockpot

Ingredients

cups
milk
1
cup
brewed espresso
or 1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee
2
tablespoons
canned pumpkin puree
1/2
teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice
2
tablespoons
sugar
2
tablespoons
vanilla extract
Garnish
Whipped cream
Ground cinnamon
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients in a small slow cooker (1 or 1.5 quart for dips) and turn on power. Place lid on crock and allow to heat for 2-4 hours.
Ladle into cups and top with whipped cream; sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Notes
You can use any cow's
milk
, like skim, 1% and up, but I haven't tested this recipe with other milk substitutes.
If you don't have access to freshly brewed
espresso
you can substitute with some strong brewed coffee instead.
Canned
pumpkin puree
is needed, but if you have fresh pumpkin from your garden, even better!
For flavoring, you'll need
pumpkin pie spice
, granulated white
sugar
, and pure
vanilla extract
.
If you want to garnish, and who doesn't, you can use canned
whipped cream
or mix up your own fresh.
I usually dust the top with some
ground cinnamon
to make it look pretty. You can also add
cinnamon sticks
!
