Air Fryer French Fries

HOW TO MAKE 

These air fryer french fries are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. A great method for delicious fries without all the grease!

WHAT YOU NEED

Yukon gold potatoes olive oil salt pepper

Clean the potatoes with cold water and a soft brush. Cut into ¼ inch slices. Add to a large bowl of cold water and allow to sit for 30 minutes.

Drain the potato slices and dry on a paper towel for another 30 minutes. Be sure the sticks are completely dry before proceeding.

In a bowl, drizzle the oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper over the fries. Toss to coat evenly. Add fries to air fryer basket.

Air Fry at 375F for 13 minutes, increase heat to 400F for 3 minutes.

These crispy air fryer french fries are easy to make and taste just like restaurant-style fries without all the grease!

We’ve found that Yukon gold and russet potatoes work best for air frying, but feel free to experiment with your favorite kind of potato.
