HOW TO MAKE

self-rising flour baking powder salt non-fat Greek yogurt egg

In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine.

Add yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix as well as you can in the bowl before turning out onto a piece of parchment paper or the counter.

Knead a few times until the dough completely comes together. Separate dough into four equal sized balls and turn out onto a lightly floured piece of parchment paper.

Form balls of dough into patties. Make hole in middle of each patty. Squeeze and rotate dough, increasing the inner hole and creating an “o” shape.

Air fry for 6 minutes. Brush bagels in the air fryer with egg wash, sprinkle with toppings. Return to air fryer and cook an additional 9-12 minutes.
