No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars

WHAT YOU NEED

butter graham crackers powdered sugar peanut butter semi-sweet chocolate

In a mixer or a food processor, combine the first four ingredients until smooth.

Spread into a 13x9 baking pan.

Melt the chocolate and peanut butter together in the microwave.

Spread over the top of the peanut butter layer.

Chill dessert in the refrigerator for about an hour, or in the freezer for 15 minutes. Cut into bars and serve.

For thicker bars, use a 9x9 or 8x8 pan instead. Chilling the bars in the refrigerator will allow you to get even cuts.
