With fall here, my tastebuds are craving pumpkin. It’s funny how just a few years ago I didn’t really care for pumpkin treats and now I’m in love. So when JIF asked me to try their new whipped peanut butter with pumpkin pie spice I was all over it. In fact, I knew I was going to make these Pumpkin Peanut Butter Crescents before I even received the product.
You might remember that I tried the whipped peanut butter and S’more flavor a month ago and loved that one, so I knew the pumpkin flavor would be a hit as well.
Was it a good decision to try this melted and wrapped in a crescent roll, you ask? YES, YES, YES I tell you. Not to mention how easy these are to make. Just about anyone can whip these up and enjoy their pumpkin peanut butter crescent treat in no time. My mother in law was the first to try the pumpkin flavored whip and she gave it a big thumb’s up. So I used my apple slicer to make some quick apple slices to dip.
Another big winner! My daughter goes crazy over this stuff.
These would be awesome for an after school snack too.
The pumpkin peanut butter crescents were definitely the star of the show. These would be great paired with a glass of milk, just like anything with peanut butter. :)
To make these all you have to do is open the crescents and spread the Jif whips onto the dough triangle. Roll it up and pinch the ends closed. Then bake according to the package directions.
Let them cool for 5 minutes and serve!
Look for these limited edition flavors in the grocery store near the peanut butter. Have you tried these yet? How would you use them?
