Raisin Bread French Toast

Annie’s Recipes blog sends out a daily recipe Monday through Friday, and this was posted a little over a week ago. While I didn’t make 5 servings like the recipe states, I only made one, it was easy and delicious! I will definitely be making these this summer when we head up to our camper :)

I am entering this into the Cooking With Alicia & Annie blog event for April!

Raisin Bread French Toast

2 eggs, beaten
1 cups orange juice
10 slices raisin bread
1 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Combine eggs and orange juice. Quickly dip bread into egg mixture then into graham cracker crumbs.

You can also get a printer friendly version on their website.
