My third MPM, woohoo! I’m glad I’m sticking with it, it’s such a time saver to know what is for dinner each night. Makes grocery shopping easier and helps to rotate items out of my pantry, cutting down on waste and expired items. So here’s this week’s menu, hope you are planning yours too!
Monday – Spaghetti and Meatballs – I have meatballs in the freezer from the last batch I made, so this one is easy :)
Tuesday – Salisbury Steaks – We actually haven’t had these in a while but they are soooo good!
Wednesday – Chicken Scallion Stir Fry - This is a super easy recipe, you can adapt it and add more vegetables too. The sauce is delicious.
Thursday – Fish and Chips – I’m British born, so I am really looking forward to trying this recipe from Girlichef. I even have the malt vinegar in the pantry!
Friday – Homemade Chicken Nuggets - I haven’t made these yet but have read some great rviews! I’ll be using all white meat in mine. Recipe via Soup Belly.
Saturday – The Best Meatloaf Recipe Ever – It’s true. I swears.
Sunday – Super Bowl Sunday! Not sure if we’ll be able to fit dinner in. I’ll be making
