Another short post. I’m beat. Did 5 crafts for Disney in a record three hours yesterday! UGH Oh, if you wonder what I make for Disney, I am trying to get more regular about posting about them on my craft blog.
Now for TWD – This week’s recipe was chosen by Garrett of Flavor of Vanilla. The recipe for Split Level Pudding can be found on his blog or in Dorie’s book, Baking From My Home to Yours, on pages 384- 385.
This was delicious. In fact, the vanilla pudding is enough for me, without the chocolate layer, I’ll make this again and again :) I don’t think my chocolate melted properly as I ended up with grainy chocolate after it cooled, still marvelous though.
Sorry this is so short! Hope you have a great Tuesday :)

Pudding is the perfect food. It's true!
I agree with you about the chocolate layer. Just give me a chocolate cookie sprinkled on top. Like your angle on the pudding. Perfect to show the layers.
This looks devine Amanda – I liked the vanilla pudding better than the ganache too, and mine didn't even set!
The vanilla (or cinnamon in my case) pudding was delicious on its own, but I was still a fan of the extra chocolate ;)
Mmm, pudding! (need I say more?)
The pudding looks just scrumptious!
How wonderful !!! My kids loved the vanilla layer too !
Looks delicious!
I'm glad you still found time to make this even with all your other projects!
Oh yummy! I would definitely love it with the chocolate. Sorry to hear it came out grainy but like you, it wouldn't have gone to waste with me either! Sounds like you are busy with crafts as well so I am going to check out your craft blog. Fun!
This was great. I thought the pudding/ganache combo was outstanding.
Pudding is the original comfort food and this one would satisfy both the vanilla lovers and the choco nuts. Looks delicious.
Your photo shows perfectly how delicious this was! My chocolate was grainy, too, but still delicious.
You've got a pretty pudding cup there. They were delightful, weren't they? David is excited about having pudding for dessert for the rest of the week.
Your pudding looks yummy. I will try this one again.
It seems like everyone liked the vanilla layer better! Nice job! Hand me over a spoon, please.
Oh, that looks sooooo good Amanda! Well done!! I wish I had made this now!
Looks like the perfect combination of two delicious worlds.
Your pudding looks luscious and set up very well. You do so many things well.
Aww hanks Lynn, what a nice thing to say! :)
I do so wish my pudding had turned out. I had a smoothie on top of ganache. Ah, Well.
Yours is lovely.
YUM! Your pudding looks great.
Short and sweet! Perfect!
