Review: Ceramic Kitchen Tools

I don’t usually do reviews on my blog. I usually post those on my site FamilyCorner.com but I felt very compelled to share this with everyone in the food blogging world. Several months ago I received a few amazing kitchen tools from Kyocera Advanced Ceramics.
The knife you see pictured is now my absolute favorite knife in the whole kitchen. I use it for every vegetable, fruit, nut and even on chicken. I’ve never had such a sharp knife and am amazed that I can use it as often as I do and it’s still as sharp as it was when I first received it. As you can see I have the green knife, they also come in yellow, orange, red, blue and black. They retail for $29.95 though you can get them for a little less at Amazon.
I also received a vegetable peeler, which was Heaven sent as I haven’t really had a good one for many, many years. The peeler rotates, which is great for me since I am a lefty. So many products are difficult to use (like my ice cream scoop!) because I use my left hand. This peeler is another of my kitchen favorites now and retails for $17.95.
Lastly, I have this really cool adjustable slicer. Never has slicing onions, carrots, radishes and other foods been so easy! I can change the thickness of the cut into four different sizes, perfect for making salads and appetizers. The awesome slicer retails for $24.95.
I urge you to take a look at some of the other amazing kitchen tools this company offers, many being used by chefs around the world. I will be perusing the site myself, looking for some replacements for my old set. :)

oh, and before you say anything, I know, I know! I need a new cutting board! Maybe someone will send me one ;)

Thanks for the info! I really like the adjustable slicer!

This is kinda weird but they also make photo copiers, scanners, and fax machines! My office one is a Kyocera….I even double checked!
