Homemade Cinnamon Raisin Bread & Cinnabutter

I love raisin bread. I remember my mother toasting it for me in the morning, spreading it with butter and sprinkling it with cinnamon sugar :) mmmmmm! When I found this recipe for Homemade Cinnamon Raisin Bread on FamilyCorner.com I knew I had to try it!

I made this on Thanksgiving morning and it was a big hit! I will definitely make this again. For the butter, simply soften some butter or margarine to room temperature and add cinnamon sugar (half ground cinnamon, half sugar), mix and chill until it’s spreadable.

I did use my $5 thrift store bread machine to make the dough, but decided to transfer it to the oven in a loaf pan to cook it. I baked it at 350 for 40 minutes.

This is also my Bookmarked Recipe submission for this week! If you would like to join Bookmarked Recipes, click on the button below!

More goodies to come, I’m backed up! LOL
