Ok yum. Never had these before and they are delicious! I didn’t think I was going to be able to make these today as I was rushed with other things, but I managed to squeeze them in and I’m really glad I did!
I followed the recipe (which can be found on Piggy’s Cooking Journal), though I don’t have a food processor, so my dough had a few spots with visible cream cheese, but I was afraid of overmixing, so I winged it that way. It worked out fine. Had a little trouble rolling a few of them where they felt really wet and sticky, but only on a few.
For one half of the dough I made Cinnamon Orange Marmalade
- sweet marmalade
- cinnamon chips
- pecans
On the other half of the dough I made Cherry Chocolate, couldn’t really taste the cherry though :-P
- cherry preserves
- semi sweet chocolate chips
- pecans
I’m rushed in this post as I have to run off and do an errand, but wanted to get this up! Check out the other Tuesdays With Dorie participants to see their recipe results!
