I made the following Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe for the Cooking with Alicia & Annie Cooking Contest. I chose it because I’ve never made cookies with Bisquick before and thought it would be fun to try it :) The results were positive, they weren’t as sweet as your standard chocolate chip cookie, but they did taste good. Their consistency is more that of a muffin, very cake-like, not really like a cookie.
I’d say they earn a “pass” ;)

Chocolate Chip Cookies

4 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions
Mix all ingredients but chips in bowl. Add chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 10 minutes.
